Amazon Associates Program and Amazon Influencer Program helps content creators and bloggers monetize their traffic! Amazon Associates ProgramLets break down the Amazon Associates Program , first. This program is for folks who own their own websites or blogs. The difference with this program is you are given a customized link to that one product to share out with your audience. It's not necessarily for people who have a whole lot of things they plan on sharing. Amazon Influencer AccountAmazon Influencer Program is an extension of the Amazon Associates program. This is how you can curate an entire storefront. You are given one link for your store. Even if an individual doesn't buy anything off your list in particular, if they do make a purchase from Amazon, you still get commission! wait, so what's the difference? The caveat between a two is basically how you are going to get accepted. The affiliate account doesn't require a lot: you just need your own website/blog or somewhere you're pushing these links. The Amazon Influencer account, however, wants you to be an “influencer.” If you have around 1000 followers on Instagram or around 2000 on TikTok, you should be good to go! Im in! How do I sign up?It's really simple to sign up. All you have to do is Google Amazon Associate account or Amazon Influencer Program and you can easily put in your information and see if you are accepted. Here is my Amazon Store Front!I signed up for both just to see which would be more practical for me. I'm leaning towards the Amazon Affiliate account because of the opportunity to curate a selection of items. I wanted to share because I've never heard anybody really talk about it.
